FOG Home is dedicated to our client’s success. Through a rigorous case management process, we will assist in achieving educational, career and financial goals while living in clean, established housing.
Our program is directed by, and integrates throughout, the biblical teachings of Jesus Christ and requests each resident to actively participate in our corporate fellowship.
All activities are aimed at self determination and ultimate self-sufficiency. Transitional Housing case managers use a number of measures to track progress towards financial, educational and behavioral modification goals. Case management appointments are scheduled at least weekly and case managers assist with day-to-day functions. Buildings used for housing will be completely furnished with donated furniture and houseware. The home will be made ready for move-in.
Fountain Of Grace is committed to providing housing for single mothers. We are committed to laying a foundation for success, enabling the mothers to be self-sufficient and successful by providing them the necessary tools/resources geared towards personal development, and empowerment.
We envision the program to be geared towards Empowerment, Personal Development, Counseling and Spiritual Enhancement with an emphasis on self-worth. After the completion of the program, each mother should thrive towards providing a meaningful lifestyle for their children and themselves.
This Program is geared toward young mothers (ages 22-26). Members can be assisted through other FOG programs including the food pantry and FOG Academy.
The Fountain of Grace Home will provide women with guidance on how to gain and maintain self-sufficiency through dedication that will lead to success. The home will support young women through community resources that offer the following programs:
